Information about Jonathan
I am a friendly, patient Maths tutor who specialises in working with underachieving students. I enjoy working with all types of students but work particularly well with those who are disengaged. I believe this is partly down to the fact that I was once one of those students and floated through school myself. I am qualifying to be a life coach and will be keen to use the skills I have learnt through coaching to empower the student into taking responsibility for their journey.
Availability: I am available weekday evenings and both Saturdays and Sundays if needed.

Experience: I have been teaching for 18 years, originally training as a PE teacher. I have taught Maths to both KS3 and KS4 for 8 years. I have 5 years of online & offline tutoring experience.
As previously mentioned I trained as a PE teacher and achieved a BEd Secondary PE with QTS. I also have a Masters in Education where I specialised in supporting underachieving students through raising aspirations.
Availability: I am available seven days a week.
