I am a passionate and skilled online singing coach and I strongly believe in student-centred education; developing and encouraging creativity, knowledge and inquisitiveness. My background as a singing coach has given me the ability to understand the needs and short- and-long-term goals of my students, helping them realise and achieve their full vocal potential whilst building understanding and appreciation of music. I keep lessons informative, engaging and enjoyable to improve learning capacity, encouraging student comments and queries to lay the foundation of a dynamic and interactive classroom environment. I strive to make my pupils feel secure and comfortable as I believe support and encouragement as paramount in singing and learning. I tailor each session to singing ability and learning style; taking a holistic approach, including a variety of pedagogical practices and adjusting the lesson when necessary.
Focusing on Musical Theatre and Popular styles such as pop, rock and blues drawing on experience with bands I perform with, I specialize in progression in technique and open discussion to developing skills, practice habits and style and will provide learning programs, homework and supporting materials.
I am regarded as cheerful, dedicated and reliable.
