I am a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic geography teacher, and have taught KS3 and GCSE geography. I have also previously worked for [contact detail removed] tutors delivering 3 day revision courses for GCSE and A level geography.

In terms of how I structure tutoring: a lot of it depends. GCSE will involve a lot of past paper content and re-teaching parts of the curriculum that need looking over. Whereas KS3 is more flexible and young person/parent led. It might involve looking at what they are currently studying in school or it might be more wide reaching e.g. asking the young person what they want to find out about and creating content around that.

Availability: Whenever suits you. I left teaching 2 years ago to pursue working as an outdoor instructor an international expedition leader. Due to covid19 all my freelance work in 2020 was cancelled- good news being I am free to tutor whenever is best for you.

Update: From Sept 2020-Mar 2021 I am working full time at a school so evenings are best, but after March I have a lot more availability.

Have tutored for most GCSE exams boards before: particularly AQA, Edexcel and WJEC.
