Hi! My name is Lucy and I am a 27 year old graduate living in [contact detail removed]. I am a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic individual with a natural ability to motivate and a passion for helping others! I absolutely love teaching and learning, and believe one of the most important things when tutoring is to listen to the needs and goals of the student. Because of this, I try to be as flexible as possible with my tutoring approach, from adding extra availability where needed to creating personalised learning materials to suit the needs of the tutee.

Experience: - Worked as Lead Literacy Intervention TA, designing and delivering targeted intervention sessions to help pupils improve their reading, writing and basic fluency in literacy
- 3 years experience working as a TA at Levenshulme High School, providing assistance and support across a range of subjects
- Former Assistant Director of Explore Learning Urmston, a popular tuition centre in Manchester
- CertTESOL qualified (Teaching English as a Second or Oher Language)
- English classroom assistant at St Petersburg State University
- Russian mentor at university and student co-ordinator of the Peer Assisted Study Scheme (a mentoring scheme for younger university students studying Russian)
- Languages XP Russian tutor
