Information about Lily

I am a medical student and have been educated at two grammar schools. I have sat my 11+, my 16+ (for Grammar School sixth form), my GCSE`s, my A-level`s, my medical school exams and my medical school interviews all of which I have passed; it is safe to say I have picked up some great exam techniques and study techniques over the years. I achieved 5A*s and 6As at GCSE and A*AAA at A-level (Biology, Chemistry, English Literature and Mathematics).

Availability: Please contact for availability (most evenings, some afternoons and weekends). My availability is subject to change due to the nature of my degree.

Willing to travel: 4 miles

Experience: I have been a tutor for 4 years, tutoring children between the ages of 11-16. I tutored my students for English (Literature and Language), Mathematics and the 3 Sciences. I am now solely a science, maths and English tutor. I recommend excellent textbooks and resources for science and give exam/revision tips, tricks and secrets to ensure that my students` grade profiles are maximised. I teach my students like I was taught and expect of my students what I expect of myself. One of my students has now gone on to achieve 3A*s in GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Biology and 3As in GCSE English Literature, English Language and Physics I can confidently say that this because of the strong foundation that I lay down for him alongside his commendable work ethic! I have been told that I ‘boost the confidence of my students’, making them enjoy studying more and thus making their learning process much more efficient and effective.
