Kathryn

As a tutor, I get to be the hero. I get to support the student who has always hated and struggled with maths. I get to challenge the student that is finding lessons boring and uninspiring. I get to share all the knowledge and advice I have gained over years of teaching and exam marking to help students prepare for their upcoming exam. I also get to know a student; how they think and process information, what their dreams are, and I get to help them along on their journey.

Availability: I tutor Monday to Friday from 2pm-7:30pm. I also tutor small groups aimed at GCSE and A-Level students on weekend mornings for a reduced price.

Willing to travel: 4 miles

Experience: I have taught maths in schools and colleges since 2012 and have done some form of private tutoring alongside for the majority of that time. My aim has been to gradually increase the time I spend tutoring privately as this is my favourite thing to do.
