Information about Laury
My name is Laury and I am a French PhD student in Food and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Reading. After studying in France for my BSc (Agrocampus Ouest, Rennes) and MSc (AgroParisTech, Paris), I moved to England to pursue my PhD in Food and Nutritional Sciences with the aim of starting an academic career.
Availability: I`m available after 6.30pm on weekdays and all day during weekend.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I have been teaching and mentoring students in France for almost 7 years, and I look forward to help new students now that I am in England. I encourage my students to be as proactive as possible during classes, and I believe that independent learning is the key to success! Therefore, I try my best to transmit my knowledge of concepts and theories related to the field I`m teaching, but I also emphasize the importance of tips and methods for efficient learning and studying.
