I am a recent graduate in Chinese Studies with Japanese (BA) from the University of Oxford and a previous student of the Royal Masonic School for Girls where I achieved 12 A*s at GCSE*, an A in the OCR Additional Maths FSMQ, an A in AS Further Maths, and 4 A*s and an A at A-Level.

I am a friendly and patient individual and I possess great enthusiasm for all the subjects that I teach - something I hope to pass on to all of my students.
I recognise that not all students respond in the same way to different teaching methods and over my years tutoring I have learnt to adapt my teaching methods to meet every student`s individual requirements.
Having recently completed my studies, I am well aware of the pressures which students are faced with when preparing for public examinations and thus I try to place particular emphasis on the importance of exam technique so that students can be reassured that their knowledge is being put to best use.

Experience: I was chosen to be part of my school`s tutoring programme in which 6th Form students tutored younger students in subjects for which they needed extra support.
During my year abroad in Beijing I tutored secondary school students in English which gave me experience in conveying information in a concise, easy-to-understand manner, so as to facilitate teaching across language barriers.
