I’m a qualified Teacher of Business and Economics with over four years of classroom experience. I’ve taught students of all abilities and have a strong understanding of the AQA Business and Economics specifications. Over the years, I’ve built up a range of strategies to help students improve their subject knowledge, exam technique and overall confidence.

I specialise in helping students who struggle with longer exam questions, particularly 8, 12, 15 and 20-mark essays. I support pupils in breaking questions down, understanding command words, planning strong answers and applying theory clearly using relevant examples. A big focus of my teaching is helping students develop analysis and evaluation, so they can move past basic descri ption and access the higher marks.

I adapt my teaching to suit each student, using clear explanations, model answers and regular feedback to support progress. My aim is to make students feel confident, supported and well prepared for their exams.
