Hi! My name is Morgen and I am currently at university studying medicine as an undergraduate.

Experience: In my experience of taking my GCSE, IB, UCAT, BMAT and then applying to medical school, I have learnt that everyone learns and memorises information in their own way.

My main aim for every session is that students understand the basics and do not need to rush themselves to cover all the content at once; we can learn together at whatever pace is needed. My main mantra is that you do not need to be a `genius` to succeed. Most academic achievement is produced through effort, time management and work ethic.

I will help students break complicated topics down into manageable and understandable units. My goal is to encourage not embarrass, so there will never be any judgement about what you currently know. Over time, we can work together to achieve target grades and I will set a manageable amount of weekly homework to supplement your progress.

I always struggled with maths in school, achieving a grade 5 (C) rather than my target 7. It wasn’t until I decided to make a change and invest in my studies, trying new methods (e.g. flashcards, revision classes after school, group study) that I was able to turn it around.

I have helped others understand many difficult topics during my time tutoring privately and for junior students in my 6th form.

Reaching your target grade may seem like an unachievable goal, but I promise it is not impossible, it is attainable with time and effort.
