Hello!

I am a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant and a Career and Leadership Coach based in Central London.

I am a qualified coach with an International Coaching Federation Membership, European Mentoring and Coaching Council Membership and specific Career Coaching training accredited by the Association for Coaching Qualification.

I first started tutoring on this site in 2013. I spent several years with quite the consistent student flow and gradually stopped as my day job was starting to encompass quite a bit of training and teaching as well. Today, I find myself once again looking towards supporting other`s growth in a more independent way, so I am delighted to return to my tutoring home.

I have a professional background in Architecture and Digital Construction and extensive mentoring experience.

I love working with people and supporting them to achieve their best in a sustainable manner. I use various methodologies of coaching, however, the client`s agenda is always the most important parameter, so every coaching intervention will be bespoke to the client.

Experience: I have worked in the area of Digitalisation in Architecture for years, and this is what shaped my skills in coaching highly qualified professionals into new workflows.

I have over 100 Hours of 1-on-1 professional coaching as an independent coach, and many more as a volunteer mentor. I have mentored with Aim Higher, The Stephen Lawrence Trust and Built By Us. I was also the Mentoring Lead for an organisation for Women in Digital construction, where I designed and executed the first round of an international mentoring scheme with applicants from 23 countries.

Within my coaching business, I work with organisations and individuals to get where they want to be and discover their own voice. A voice that is resoundingly powerful and is an inclusive voice, that doesn’t only send a message but opens the floor for communication. I have clients who are in the digital, recruitment and wellbeing sectors, as well as individual seeking career counselling support.
