Experience: Fully qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher. I have taught in the UK for around 5 years and an additional 5 years in the Middle East in a goverment School with a high proportion of ESL students. I have experience of teaching both the British Curriculum and the ADEC curriculum, which emphasises 21st century skills. I have participated in training sessions for staff members a s part of Professional Development training and implemented strategies to create purposeful learning for children to enforce Creativity and Innovation, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Communication, and Collaboration skills. I have also worked within the School Committee to implement policies and procedures on Special Needs and Behaviour. Ihave participated in organising end of term open days related to the Educational themes.
