Information about Noriko
I have held important professorships both in the UK and the US and have a reputation as a devoted and supportive teacher. Through my own teachers I have inherited pedagogical methods and a legacy of performance practice descended from both Chopin and Liszt. My precise, practical and highly detailed approach to the teaching of pianistic skills sees often instant results in the lessons. I believe passionately in drawing from the students their own innate abilities, not only to extend their technical prowess but to develop their own unique voice.
