I can share my screen, show tutorial videos, and present via Zoom. Don`t worry if you are new to `Online Learning`. I can help you and guide you through it. It`s a good skill to learn.

✪; I am a good listener that treats each learner as an individual in terms of catering to each tutee`s individual learning needs; for example, customising handouts and worksheets to cater for several types of learning styles.

Experience: ✪; I am client-focused experienced IT & Digital Skills trainer with 20+ years of experience, proficient in delivering beginner to advanced training in Microsoft Office applications, and various digital skills. I also can teach you how to create and maintain a simple website from scratch.

✪; I am a highly personable, patient tutor. I will send you handouts to support you in your learning, recap, and practise to help you progress.

✪; Achievements: I am responsible for the full training life cycle including training needs, development, preparation, delivery, assessment / evaluation, and coordination of business software training and coaching. I am currently responsible for a wide range of IT accredited and non-accredited digital skills training. This includes the development of manuals, teaching and learning materials within the Microsoft Office environment, social media, Internet, and email applications.
