I achieved an A* at A-level and a First class degree in Chemistry, along with 10 A*s at GCSE. I am an engaging and experienced tutor, who has had great success tutoring over 500 students all over the UK and in international schools too. I am told that I transform the subject for many, making Chemistry accessible and even enjoyable! I have unique resources/gapped handouts and write predicted papers yearly with tremendous success. I also have lots of fun ways, tips and tricks to remember and visualise Chemistry concepts and challenges to boost grades. All of my A-level students achieve grade increases owing to their greater understanding and confidence with the subject and the essential working relationship between teacher and tutee.

Experience: I am offering an excellent Chemistry tutoring service online. I am passionate about my subject and provide a personalised service, taking topics step by step for maximum understanding. I often help students put together their set of revision notes and help with University applications.
The feedback I`ve received is that my tutoring is very clear, engaging and fun! It is interactive - I try to make the sessions as fun and dynamic as possible, asking lots of questions, completing self-written gapped handouts and including past paper questions for exam technique.
I`m always interested in supporting the revision process and not leaving all the learning to the last minute before exams. I generally start sessions with a 5-10 minute question-based recap in an effort to keep all topics fresh. If a student is struggling with an answer, I prefer to offer prompts and guide them to it, rather than simply telling them the answer. I write sets of board-specific predicted papers for GCSE & A-level yearly which have been very successful.
My philosophy is always to try and get the maximum out of my students and help them to achieve the very best that they are capable of. All of my previous tutees have experienced at least one grade increase since they started tutoring with me, allowing them to follow their passion and some have even said that I have "saved their Chemistry A-level!"
