I am an experienced and passionate teacher with over 15 years of experience helping students achieve their full potential. Throughout my career, I have worked with learners of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds, developing a flexible approach that adapts to individual needs and learning styles.

Patience, encouragement, and building confidence are at the heart of my teaching. I understand that every learner is unique, so I use a range of teaching methods to ensure lessons are engaging, accessible, and effective. Experience: I am currently in my fifteenth year of teaching and remain just as passionate about education as I was when I began my career. Throughout this time, I have developed extensive expertise in teaching Physics up to A-Level, including both AQA and OCR specifications, and I maintain a wealth of high-quality resources and examination materials to support student success. At GCSE level, I have significant experience teaching both AQA and OCR courses, enabling me to tailor lessons effectively to the requirements of each specification.

Having taught through multiple curriculum and examination reforms, I possess a deep understanding of how qualifications have evolved and how to prepare students effectively for success in an ever-changing educational landscape. My experience allows me to identify common misconceptions, build confidence, and adapt my teaching to meet the individual needs of every learner.

In addition to my classroom experience, I continue to work as an exam marker. This provides me with up-to-date insight into assessment criteria, examiner expectations, and the skills that distinguish high-achieving students. My commitment to exam marking reflects my dedication to helping young people achieve their very best outcomes and ensures that my teaching remains informed, relevant, and focused on maximising student progress.
