Louise

I am a primary school teacher and mother to two sons. I am experienced in teaching Key Stage One, in particular phonics and early Mathematics. I worked as a teaching assistant in Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 before qualifying so, I am experienced in delivering targeted individual support. I like to use a mix of formal teaching and games in my approach.

My first degree was a BSc(Hons) Sociology from the University of Surrey. I worked in market research for several years before motherhood. Then I retrained as a teacher completing a PGCE at the University of Winchester. I am patient, creative and focused on helping children achieve their potential.

Availability: After school, evenings and school holidays.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: Fully qualified primary school teacher with experience in EYFS, Key Stage One (5 to 7 years old) and Lower Key Stage Two ( 8 to 9 years). My particular interest is phonics, English and early mathematics. I have previously worked as a teaching assistant and have helped children progress through targeted support.
