Hi, my name is Rubi and I love to help people achieve their goals!

I have recently obtained a Master`s in Computer Science with Distinction, having already graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class degree in Spanish and Italian, and I have extensive teaching experience. From volunteering as a language assistant in weekly 1st year Spanish lessons throughout my penultimate year at school, to summer jobs teaching English to adult students in Spain, to 8 months of one-to-one and small group teaching experience with students of varying ages and backgrounds whilst on my year abroad, I am confident I have developed the skills I need to help students work towards their learning aspirations.

I am patient, reliable, approachable and supportive, not to mention enthusiastic! I am very personable and enjoy establishing connections with people to help them along their individual learning journey. You can expect my lessons to be:

- varied and engaging;
- productive and time-efficient.
I strive to find imaginative ways to engage my students in their learning, and make the acquisition of content that can seem dull or tricky more entertaining. I ensure information is clearly communicated and understood, and I always shape my teaching techniques to the needs and abilities of my students.
