Hiya! My name`s Tom and I`m a recent graduate from Cambidge University, where I achieved a First class mark in Modern & Medieval Languages, specialising in French, German, Theatre and European Film, as well as having A Levels in English Literature (A), Maths (A*), Further Maths (A*), French (A*), Spanish (A*), an AS in Italian (A), and 11 A*s at GCSE.

I am offering French up to degree level, German up to GCSE, Maths up to A Level, EFL to an advanced level, and help with Personal Statements, University admissions tests, and interview practice, specifically with applications to Cambridge University.

I`m also an actor and lived in Paris for a year, performing in bilingual musicals, studying at the Sorbonne, and teaching English to young French children. Specifically, I achieved a special distinction for my performance in the French oral exam, so can offer specific help with pronunciation, accent, and spoken fluency.

I am currently based in Hackney, and am happy to travel through the majority of London, or teach online if beyond a reasonable distance.

Availability: I predominantly teach on weekends, but do get in touch if you have other availability requests, as exceptions may be made.

Experience: I have been tutoring for the past year or so since graduation, and currently have students at various education levels, from KS1 all the way up to A Level.

In my year in Paris I worked as a paid English Teacher for French children between the ages of 3 and 5, so also have experience with younger children, and teaching a language from scratch.

As a secondary school student, I tutored younger pupils at the Royal Grammar School High Wycombe in GCSE Maths while I was studying for A Levels.
