Bandana

My name is Bandana and I`m a first year Sport and Exercise Sciences student at the University of Leeds. I love to teach GCSE subjects such as Maths, Italian, Sport Science/P.E., Biology and Chemistry to students that need help or struggle. Students find Maths one the most difficult subjects. Usually they hate numbers and this makes them hate the subject as well as the teacher. Hating the teacher makes them least interested in the subject, which then becomes the reason behind poor results. A fact is that students understand a subject easily when a friend or classmate teaches them. I want to be that friend. My friendly character will make them love the subject.
I don`t have teaching experience, however I have done my work experience as an assistant teacher. Even without a degree, a friend teaches better than a teacher sometimes.
Italian, Punjabi and Hindi are my mother tongues, so I can teach these as well.
I`m a badminton player and a cricketer. I have great knowledge of these two sports and Physical Education.

Availability: Anytime at weekends and weekdays after 4pm.

Experience: I`m a students but I worked as an assistant teacher for my work experience.
