Elena

My name is Elena. All my lessons are currently online. I am from Spain, but I have lived in England for seven years. I lived and worked for three years in the north of York, at a boarding school, where I was teaching languages. I hold a BA in Languages (EAL, French and Spanish), and a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages. I am teaching languages at a high school in Manchester at the moment. Current DBS.

Availability: I can teach Spanish to students completing their GCSE and A Levels, and also adult learners, and I can teach French to GCSE. As my degree is in English Literature, I can also help EAL students to progress their English skills.

Experience: As mentioned before, I have taught Spanish at A Level and French GCSE at a boarding school in the north of York. I also completed my PGCE and NQT at that school. This year I have moved to Manchester, where I work as MFL teacher in a non selective high school. I have also completed the teaching Spanish Course at Instituto Cervantes in Manchester and a TESOL course at the University of Salford.
