I have recently obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Geography at Royal Holloway, University of London.
Fully qualified TEFL teacher (Teach English as a Foreign Language).
I am able to teach a range of subjects at a variety of levels including SATs, Key stage 3, GCSE, AS and A2.

Experience: I have a considerable amount of experience in tuition and teaching children. I have 5 years teaching experience.
At a school in Windsor, I taught Geography A level AQA, privately and full time. My time there was a huge success, my students passed their exams with flying colours, and I gained the approval of many parents, long standing teachers and even professors. I did not only teach A level, but also year 5 and 6 too.
I have been described as "An impressive young teacher" with an "excellent grasp of the A-level specification".

As I have worked in schools, I can provide a DBS/CRB check certificate, which I know may put many parents at ease. If you wish to see this, then I can most definitely provide it.
Additionally, I have been tutoring for the past two years and have not had one failure. I have tutored Geography GCSE for the OCR specification, and also the Edexcel and I am familiar with all recent changes in specifications.

In terms of my degree, this has been a rigorous but thoroughly enjoyable experience, I have learnt an incredible amount of information and valuable skills which I can transfer to students. I have learnt a great deal about both the human and physical sides of geography. However, in my second year I have taken physical geography to a whole new level, researching different scientific concepts with in the topics of Rivers and there hydrology, Environmental change and Sustainability.

Other than geography, I also tutor english language and literature. I currently have a few students, who are doing incredibly well. I know the specifications well and have so far taught lessons on An Inspector Calls, Romeo and Juliet, lord of the Flies and Of Mice and Men. My recent GCSE students have climbed from a level 4 (Grade C) to a level 7 (Grade A) in just a couple of months. Furthermore, students have achieved level 8 (Grade A*).
