I am an experienced primary school teacher with a great passion for helping children grow and improve. I believe learning should be enjoyable for children and am keen to help them adopt a love for learning. All children are unique and special which means that they all learn in different ways. I am a firm believer in making learning accessible for all children and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
I am always around children and have worked with a variety of age groups.

Experience: I have a degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status and have both GCSEs and A-Levels in Health and Social Care whereby I worked with children of all ages supporting them with their learning.

I am an experienced primary school teacher (currently working in year 6) but have experience of working with children from Reception to Year 6.

I am a maths specialist and the maths co-ordinator of my school - overseeing and support staff with their day to day planning and delivery, teaching and assessment of maths.
I also work alongside the Literacy team and am familiar with and understand the curriculum very well.

I plan detailed lessons to help children with their learning of all primary subjects and as a private tutor I will provide all the resources needed for each session. 

I will speak to parents and the children before taking on any new tutoring job, to ascertain exactly what is needed from myself and if the children feel they need specific support. All lessons taught will be individually planned and tailored to their needs. A brief overview of the lessons taught will be fed back to parents at the end of each session.
