I am a recent Durham University graduate in Modern Languages (French & Arabic, 1st Class Honours). I am fluent in French, and have a good level of Arabic. From September I will be training to become a French teacher on a School Direct PGCE course, and am doing some work at Ulverston Victoria High School in the meantime.

I am a friendly, straightforward, hard-working and committed person. I am very attentive to people`s needs, and good at thinking of new ways of doing things to suit individual needs. I am easy to get on with and good to work with!

Availability: Thursday and Friday mornings before 11
Monday and Friday afternoons from 2
Saturdays

Experience: I have always loved teaching, and have a good amount of experience of it. As part of my degree course I spent seven months teaching English in French schools. I have been involved in children`s and youth work for years, both with my church and with Rainbows. At university I took part in a partnership scheme that taught English to a group of Japanese students through conversation.
