Information about Naomi
Since completing a biology degree and PGCE at the university of Oxford I have taught secondary biology in the classroom, worked as a private tutor and A-level examiner, and produced revision content for a major provider of online revision resources. I am offering biology tuition at Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-level.
I am a patient and approachable teacher, and very much enjoy the opportunity to address individual needs during one-to-one tuition. I am happy to go through content with students in detail, and also feel that it is important to help students to tackle exam questions with confidence. My experience as an A-level examiner means that I have an understanding of the requirements of A level mark schemes, and I work with students to help them improve their exam technique.
Availability: I have limited tutoring availability for regular weekly lessons, and can currently offer tutoring at my home or online. I am also happy to offer one-off lessons for students needing help with specific topics.

Naomi was excellent and extremely knowledgeable of the subject. She structured lessons to cover both content as well as exam question practice. Naomi is very approachable and my daughter was able to study the topics she wanted support with. She really enjoyed her lessons. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Tutor! Very professional and organised. Is always well prepared for each session, very knowledgable on subject and supports my daughter with exam questions in each session which has increased her confidence and ability in the subject. Would definitely recommend as an A level tutor.

Our daughter is absolutely delighted we found such an excellent Biology tutor, Naomi. She explains the subject so well and our daughter comes away with confidence and a reaffirmed knowledge. Naomi tailors each session to our daughters requirements whether it be for homework, going over upcoming topics or topics from her previous lessons and also revision for upcoming tests.
