I have a First class degree in English and completed my PGCE in 2011. I am a Secondary school teacher of English and teach across all ages and abilities. I am successful in pushing students to attain their absolute potential whether that be a C grade at GCSE or an A at A level. I believe enthusiasm, positivity and dynamism play an essential part in helping students achieve their aspirational grades and feel confident with the subject.
There is nothing more rewarding than a seeing a student with their results slip in August.
Willing to teach one to one or in small groups.
Availability: 4.30 onwards Monday to Friday except Wednesday
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: Years 7- 13 in a Secondary school. GCSE, AS and A level experience.

it is difficult to rate Kate at the moment as she has only visited once. However her mannerism was very professional,she was extremely pleasant and all correspondences were timely. Until we get to know Kate and see how her tutoring is impacting on my daughters development and knowledge I can not make any further comments, but so far it is very good
