Jamie

I graduated from the University of Kent with a 1st Class Honors in Physics with Astrophysics Masters (MPhys). After graduation, I completed my PGCE Secondary: Physics with Mathematics (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) at the University of Southampton. I spent my PGCE year teaching in both secondary and sixth form schools. After my time as a teacher I completed a PhD in Physics with a focus on the deeply fascinating area of Astrobiology. After graduating from my PhD in 2018 I have been working as a Spacecraft Systems Engineer leading a variety of space-based projects and conducting in-house research and development.

Overall, I am a friendly and very enthusiastic individual with a passion for teaching and learning.
