I am currently a Science teacher, with a specialism in Chemistry and Physics teaching all science to a GCSE level and Physics at A Level. I am also teaching KS3 Maths, but in the last three years I have taught Mathematics at KS3, GCSE, A level and Further Mathematics.
Until very recently i have also been lecturing for the study group based at Lincoln university, running, managing modules in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Materials Sciences.
In both of these roles I have been a active member of the delivery and planning of these subjects.
I am a full time teacher, having numerous roles within my current school, but with the recent situation I have asked for; and been given permission by my current employer to take on a tutoring role outside of my school hours.
Outside of my teaching role, I am a family man, spending as much time as i can with my wife and children, but when I do get time I like to play sport and keep in touch as many friends as much as I can. However, I have found it a constant challenge to keep up with the latest Marvel, Star Wars and Star Trek franchises, which is full time hobby, on top of my other responsibilities.

Experience: Having been, and still a current teacher (15+ years experience) I have taught the full range of abilities in all science and Mathematics at GCSE.
At A level i have mainly taught Physics, but have taught Mathematics at A Level, even teaching the Mechanics aspects of the further Mathematics a level course. I have also tutored a number of students at A Level Chemistry, as my subject knowledge in chemistry is just as strong as physics.
In the last 8 years i have also lectured for the study group based at Lincoln university, in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and materials science.
Before becoming a teacher I was a design engineer, working on, improving, gas turbines for Alstom power in the early 00`s.
