Hello! My name is Jess, I am 25 and a graduate of Nottingham University, with a 2.1 BA in Hispanic Studies, including a 1st in Advanced Spanish Translation.

I am based in Oval, and am currently studying for my Masters degree, so I am looking to do Spanish tutoring to engage with my love of Spanish whilst earning and helping others.

I am a native Brit but I was born in Barcelona and spent the first 6 years of my life there. I studied Spanish at GCSE and got an A*, then at A Level and got an A, and then took a degree in it! Whilst doing my Spanish degree I lived in Valencia, Spain, and Havana, Cuba, on my year abroad, so I have an understanding of both South American and European culture. I also play Spanish guitar :)

My speciality at university was cinema, so if you like to learn through film, I can work that way, or perhaps you like learning through music or literature! Let me know.

Availability: I am studying for my Masters 9-6 in Peckham, with the exception of Thursdays when I have lectures until 8.30pm

Depending on your location (how long it will take me to get to you or to your preferred location!) I am available from 7pm (maybe 6.30pm if you are close by) on Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, Wednesday evenings. If you are after tutoring on a Friday night or Saturday morning we could discuss this too.

Experience: I have experience tutoring English to Spanish speakers and tutoring Spanish up to GCSE level.

I have experience as an au pair (references on request) so I am used to working with children as well as adults. School doesn`t seem that long ago for me so I would love to help you study for your exams or just for pleasure :)
