Information about Beth
I have been teaching for 9 years and have also been head of Chemistry at my current school for 3 years before starting a family. Before working as a teacher, I was employed for 4 years as a research scientist at AstraZeneca. I can bring industrial knowledge to my teaching and I can often explain reasons to chemical process from real life experiences. I love sport and fully immerse myself in activities both inside and outside of school.

Experience: I have been teaching for 9 years and have been head of Chemistry at my current school for 3 years. I have taught the legacy AQA specifications for AS and A-Level Chemistry, GCSE Chemistry, GCSE Additional Science and GCSE Core Science. I am currently teaching the new AQA Chemistry specification to A-Level students and AQA Trilogy and Combined courses in Chemistry at GCSE. I have 7 years one-to-one tutoring experience and in this time I have tutored male and female students at GCSE, AS and A2 level Chemistry.
