Having achieved A*A*A in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics, I understand the necessary tips and tricks to get those extra marks in exams. Spaced repetition, active recall, and tricks in recognising exam patterns are some of the skills that are proven to be effective.

Excellent at accurately determining the abilities of my students and getting them to reach their potential. Capable of breaking down complex subjects into easy and understandable topics. Lessons can be a thorough run-down of all necessary work to achieve every single mark possible, and/or sharing advanced tips and tricks to tackle exams efficiently. We go through theory, try practice questions, and once the student is confident enough, move onto doing past paper exams. However, these lessons are flexible; teaching is mostly centred around the student`s abilities, and at the pace they choose.

Experience: Personally tutored two students in A-level Mathematics and Physics, one of which who improved from mid-level grades, to an As and A*s. Given my mechanical engineering course, I have extensive knowledge of maths and physics. Having studied Maths (A*), Further Maths (A), and Physics (A*), I am able to teach students of all abilities and aims, and can provide advanced techniques to secure all marks in the exams.
