Mahdia Sami

I am a medical student at the University of Sheffield but I am origninally from Birmingham. I love medicine because it gives me the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of others while meeting a huge variety of people. Applying to medicine was challenging and stressful and I understand what students are going through. My experience was helped through having a lot of support from teachers and from family and friends. It was invaluable being able to talk to someone who had already gone through the same thing.

I`m passionate about teaching and love to see improvement in my students work. I am hard working and motivated and will put in the effort to help my students reach their full potential.

Experience: At school I got 3A*`s at A level in Biology, Chemistry and Maths and 10A*`s and 2A`s at GCSE. I have been tutoring for a year.
