I have a real passion for Maths and enjoy sharing my knowledge in a practical and supportive way. I worked hard to understand the GCSE and A-Level syllabuses, achieving top grades at GCSE (grade 9) and A-level (A*s in Maths and Further Maths). I am currently studying Economics at Warwick, where maths features heavily in my modules. This deep understanding and experience of tutoring allows me to cater to suit all levels. I start with the importance of embedding core concepts, but also can offer tips and tricks required to achieve the highest grades. My main objective is to give students confidence, teaching them step by step so that they understand why they are doing things, and this translates into success with many of my students moving up maths sets and exceeding their predicted grades.

Availability: Available term-time on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays.

Experience: I started tutoring at Explore Learning, where I taught Maths and English to ages 4-14. This helped me develop my teaching techniques and methods to engage with different students. For the last two years I have been teaching via Tutor Hunt. I have supported over 10 students and have been commended on my patient, engaging and practical style.
