I am a really dedicated and passionate English Teacher, who has always had a love for the subject. I have recently moved back to Hampshire and am working in a local secondary school. I have always been praised for my calm and clear teaching methods, putting students of all abilities at ease and teaching them to feel confident in their skills.

Experience: Qualified and experienced English Teacher, currently working at a Secondary School in Hampshire. Five years of experience, teaching across the KS3, KS4 and KS5 Curriculum, including English Language A level. SEN and EAL experience. Most of my teaching strategies involve modelling good practice to students, as well as instilling a sense of curiosity and intrigue. They need to see that it is okay to make mistakes, as this is exactly how we learn and grow. Basic skills can be broken down into a step-by-step guide to make them more manageable and achievable to students with low self-esteem and confidence.
