Bespoke self-protection and martail arts teacher/coach. I specialize in practical self-protection training (adult or child), martial arts cross-training (kickboxing, grappling, weapons and Mixed Martial Arts) and combat conditioning (fitness). I offer a service that caters for the needs of an individual, offering various tailored programmes.
I teach one-to-one, small groups, seminars, workshops and courses.
Availability: I teach on most weekday evenings and on weekends. Online coaching is also available and I have access to a private gym facility near to me.

Experience: I have been training in martial arts since 1990. Over that time I have travelled to country to train with some of the world`s instructors, gaining teaching qualifications in various different systems. I have written for the UK`s leading martial arts magazines for several years and created/presented a two-part documentary on martial arts cross-training. I have also written books on martial arts. My clients come from a wide range of places. This includes the Solicitor Regulation Authority, Response Security Training, Hinnerup Karate in Denmark, The Boys Brigade, International Krav Maga in Ireland and various schools and private clubs.
