I am an experienced Secondary School Maths teacher teaching at the King`s School in Gloucester. I have taught at Kings for over nine years teaching pupils from year 7 to year 13. Although I am new to Tutor Hunt, I have been tutoring for many years. I am married with two grown up children living in Shurdington between Cheltenham and Gloucester.

Availability: I have just started tutoring again so do presently have some availability.

Experience: Tutoring Experience - Although I am new to this website, I have been tutoring pupils for many years supporting pupils of all ability.

Teaching Experience - At Kings I have experience in teaching pupils from the younger ones in year six of our junior school through to the Upper Sixth A level students. I have taught GCSE top sets, where the expectation is that the pupils will achieve grade 8 or 9 (A*) but also lower ability classes where gaining a grade 4 (C) is the challenge. I also enjoy teaching the middle sets, which can so often be overlooked, and I am very proud of my set 3 pupils who have just achieved one grade 8, five grade 7`s, five grade 6`s, six grade 5`s and one 4 in their GCSE`s. My school teaches the Edexcel syllabus and I am equally familiar with the Higher and Foundation papers, be it the GCSE or the IGCSE.
