I have a MA from Oxford University and a PGCE (Secondary) in Modern Languages. Educated in the North West and have taught in three schools across the UK.
I teach French to A level/Oxbridge entry and German and Spanish to GCSE.
I have directed/choreographed over 20 school plays and musicals.
I enjoy cryptic crosswords, I was university national champion of the quickstep in 1994.

Experience: 26 years’ teaching experience (Modern Languages). I have been a Head of Department and Faculty for 19 years and was an A level speaking and written paper examiner for several years. I also spent two years as a consultant with a UK exam board for the new A levels and GCSEs. I was whole-school Oxbridge Coordinator at a top UK school for 11 years, overseeing the successful applications of over 370 Y13 pupils. I was also in charge of university Law applications for several years, preparing pupils for the LNAT and the CLT (Cambridge).
