I am a fully qualified math teacher with PhD in Statistics. I specialise in secondary, GCSE and A level maths. I focus on improving the student`s level of confidence as well as getting them to understand the core fundamentals. I also help the student with revision strategy and exam technique.
I have graduated from The Lancaster university with a PhD degree in Statistics and Operational Research in 2014. I took a teacher training course at University of Bolton and got my teaching qualification with double distinctions in 2018. Currently I teach as a fully qualified math teacher at college and do private tutoring outside my college working hours.
I believe learning is a collaborative activity between student and teacher. I focus on individual`s needs and understanding and support my students to achieve their learning outcomes.
I create a personalized program for my students with regular assessments and a personalized tracking program to monitor progress.
I also offer sessions covering revision and exam technique, online and in person.
