I am a native Spanish teacher with a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and 5 years of experience teaching both casual learners and students.

During my university studies I specialised in Spanish teaching and I have also completed the prestigious Instituto Cervantes course for teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language.

I always strive to make lessons relevant to my students as well as to teach them about Spanish culture, making the learning experience much more interesting than the mere learning of grammar.

Having always loved languages, I can fluently speak Spanish, English, Basque and French. I would love to learn German and Japanese, but all in good time I guess.

I look forward to going through the fascinating adventure of learning all about the Spanish language and its speakers with you!

Availability: I am available in the evening, specially on weekdays.

Experience: I have worked as a private tutor in Spanish for the last 5 years. With each of my students, I have adapted my teaching technique to match each student`s learning preferences and needs. I have taught students from different levels and backgrounds: from college students looking for Spanish Language support, to retired people who were planning to move to Spain, including young professionals and university students.

During the Instituto Cervantes course for Spanish teachers, I also had the pleasure of creating and conducting classes for bigger groups of around 20 students.
