I am a recently retired, highly experienced Maths teacher able to boost your confidence in the subject or help with exam preparation. I am committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.
Availability: I am very flexible and prepared to travel in the local area around Salisbury.
Most students come to me for tuition, however I am prepared to travel within Salisbury and add £5 to the tuition fee. Sorry I am currently not able to travel due to the current restrictions and I care for my elderly mother. I can offer zoom lessons.

Experience: I have taught in a variety of local schools for the past 20 years, teaching at all years and levels at secondary school. I have tutored primary students as well as adults in reaching various qualifications.

Janet has really helped my son with his GCSE maths. He has more confidence and it is great to go through all the topics that he has trouble with. Papers are sent in advance for him to work on during the session, it is very organised. I would recommend Janet we have had a few tutors from this site from different subjects and she is one of the best ones so far.

I would recommend Janet as she has a kind but professional manner. My granddaughter struggles with maths but Janet has increased her confidence and thus ability even after only a few lessons.
