I have a 2.i MA in Engineering from Cambridge, a PGCE from Buckingham and QTS. Currently working part time while spending time with my children, so I have some time for private tutoring

Availability: Weekends.
I can also offer a special rate for more than one student, please contact me if you`d like to share a session with a friend.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Full time school teaching for 6 years, teaching GCSE, A-level and IB. Examiner for A-level and IB. Private tuition and revision courses over a number of years.

After only 4 sessions with Iain my son has gained confidence in his own abilities which Iain has then built on and taught him how to face the challenging questions in his year 1 A level exams. He has shown him how to break down exam questions into logical parts so that he can work through them to reach the required answers. We will definitely continue to use Iain to see him through is second year to gain his required A level grade.
