I have been lecturing and teaching for over nine years. Currently I am Head of A-level Science and second in charge of the Science department at an inner city London school. Over the years as a Chemistry teacher and tutor, pupils have been successfully accepted on University courses including Medicine, Pharmacy and Chemistry at various institutions; for example Kings College London, Cambridge University and UCL. I teach General Sciences from Year 7 to Year 11 and A-level Chemistry for Years 12 and 13 and I am familiar with all the exam specifications used in secondary schooling. Hence I am able to tailor tutoring sessions for individual pupils. As a Sixth form tutor, I can assist with personal statements for UCAS applications and interview practice for University.

I was the Chemistry Consultant for the current BBC bitesize Chemistry video clips (see my profile picture). I provided my expertise in Chemistry in making and editing the final edition on the website.

I tutor pupils for GCSE Triple and Combined Sciences and A-level Chemistry.

Availability: During Term time- Weekdays after school hours. Weekends with prior arrangements

Out of term time- Any time with Arrangements.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: Familiar with all examination broads, I use a wide range of resources including past papers to teach challenging concepts.

I have been teaching and lecturing for nine years and currently Head of Chemistry and now head of A-level Science. My PhD is in Behavioral Neuropharmacology and Psychopharmacology. My undergraduate studies was Pharmacology.
