I am a passionate and enthusiastic teacher of Secondary and A-Level English. I have an abundance of experience both in teaching in a classroom environment as well as a one-on-one setting. I have had experience teaching both the AQA as well as Edexcel specification.

I have ample resources to share with students to help them achieve and succeed. These resources have been tailor made by myself following my experiences as an AQA and Edexcel examiner.

My compassionate, amicable and nurturing persona enables students to often achieve above their target grades.

I teach students from Y7-13 and particularly specialise in preparing students for GCSE exams.

I also offer group sessions at a reduced fee starting from as little as £10; this is dependent on group sizes as well as age range.

Please bear in mind that I have allergies to animal fur; if you have an animal in your home, I would appreciate it if they were kept away during the tutoring sessions.

Due to the current Corona Virus I will be offering Skype sessions throughout the usual school day too so that learners are maximising their time at home.

Experience: I am an experienced Secondary and A-Level English teacher as well as a qualified and experienced English Literature examiner for AQA.

I offer private tuition for KS3, KS4 and KS5 English Language and English Literature. Each Key Stage is priced at a different fee due to the level of work needed. I also offer group fees (groups no larger than 5 at a time to maximise time per student) at a reduced fee.

Having tutored students for over 10 years, I have gained an excellent track record of drastically improving student attainment and it has been a genuine pleasure to see my students flourish and grow with each session.

All the resources required for students to excel are provided for within the tuition fee and everything I offer is tailored to students ability.
