I am a qualified and experienced secondary school English teacher currently teaching in a high-achieving grammar school. I`m hugely passionate about English, literature and their real-world applications, but also keen to help students through their exams. Contact me and find out more!

David taught my child to help with English exam preparation in sixth form and it made a huge difference. David identified where more practice was needed during the first lesson and came up with a clear strategy to fill the gaps. He also kept me well informed about progress which was great!

David is a great tutor! I started off looking for one off sessions and just essay feedback/technique but he`s been so great I have been seeing him to help with my entire course and A Level. He has great resources and goes above and beyond in his prep (out of tutoring session time) before each of our lessons and he always explains things in a way I can understand. Would recommend to anyone struggling with the A Level course :)

Amazing levels or energy, drive and motivation ! It`s really not obvious/easy to find such a good teacher, and I know what I`m talking about having tried several times. David is also very knowledgeable and my son who is in year 9 and goes to a grammar school, is really really pleased with his lessons.
