I am an approachable, patient and enthusiastic maths tutor with 18 years experience as a maths teacher. I enjoy helping pupils to gain in confidence in maths and to reach their best possible attainment in maths.

I have experience tutoring children from Year 4 - 11 to prepare for exams or to help with their general progress in maths. I have also helped adults prepare for Functional skills exams and Professional skills tests.

Availability: I am fully booked at present.

During Lockdown I taught all my lessons online. I now do both online and in-person lessons. I will adapt to local restrictions as necessary.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I am a qualified Maths teacher who has taught in secondary schools (Y7 to Y11) for 17 years. I have also taught small groups or one to one in Y5 & 6 in a local primary school.

I have experience tutoring maths to students from Year 4 in Primary school up to GCSE level Maths.

I have also tutored students preparing for Functional Skills exams and Professional skills tests in Maths.
