Information about Lawrence
Hello, I’m Lawrence! I’m a qualified teacher of Latin and Classics with a PGCE from the University of Cambridge. My undergraduate degree in Ancient History is from King’s College London.
I have experience teaching Latin and Classical Civilisation from Year 7 - 13 in state and independent schools. I have previously tutored A Level students for Oxbridge entry. I am particularly interested in preparing students for Latin examinations, and I have a personal enjoyment of Homer’s Odyssey.
I’m based in the centre of Cambridge and I’m more than happy to tutor either in person or online.
If you are interested in hearing more, feel free to drop me a line! :)
Availability: I am available weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have taught Latin Y7-13 and Classical Civilisation Y7-13 in state and independent schools. I have tutored students online for Oxbridge entry.
