I`ve tutored over 20 students, ranging from GCSE to degree level.

Bring textbooks/notes on what you would like to cover in the session and I will guide you through areas you don`t understand well or If preferred, we can start from the beginning and cover the whole syllabus for that period.

I`m tutoring to help make ends meet between the completion of my PhD and the start of my scientific career.

Chemistry always fascinated me and was instilled by enthusiastic mentors that had the ability to breakdown sometimes difficult chemical principles into something much easier to mentally digest, and for me, I get the satisfaction of seeing a young student understand and develop their chemical knowledge in order to not only fulfil their future goals, but hopefully open their eyes to the hidden world around them.

Experience: Loughborough University, 1st Class Master of Chemistry (2008-2012).

PhD undertaken at Imperial College London investigating organocatalysis and stoichiometric reagents involving direct amide synthesis (2013-2017).

Previously worked at Lubrizol (oil and lubricant company) also Pfizer, (Pharmaceutical Chemical research and development)
