Information about Aisha
I am a science teacher with 16 years teaching experience and an online science tutor. I have a BSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical and Forensic Science and a PGCE. I am a Specialist Leader of Education and currently train science teachers and tutor. I love all things science with a particular love for chemistry.
During lessons I specialise in building confidence alongside developing subject knowledge. My lessons are fun, engaging and relevant to everyday life as well as being tailored to achieving and succeeding in exams. Independent work and homework will be set to assess prior knowledge and next steps.

Experience: Over the past 16 years I have taught and tutored science to school-based and home educated students in KS2, KS3, at GCSE and A` Level. At GCSE I have experience teaching AQA, OCR, Edexcel and BTEC science courses and at A` Level AQA, OCR and Salters chemistry specifications.
I also currently train science teachers and deliver courses to support improvement in science teaching across Yorkshire.

Aisha tutored my son in combined science for his GCSE and he performed well. He regarded Aisha very highly for her approach to lessons, structured and succinct. Her slides after the lessons helped him revise the covered topics thoroughly. All in all I think Aisha has added good value to my child’s GCSE preparation, the results are testament. I would highly recommend her.
