I am the founder of an award-winning online tuition service. I teach English and Mathematics from year 3 up to Year 11.
Grammar School entrance / 11+ exam preparation is a specialism & I have 100% PASS RATE for BRGS, Bury Grammar and Bolton School.

I teach online in small, selective groups. My lessons are National Curriculum or 11+ entrance exam based and very motivational. All my pupils make rapid progress & enjoy attending my classes.
Availability: Mondays - 16:00 - 19:15

Experience: I have been teaching for over 21 years & running a successful tutoring service since 2008.
I have worked in a wide range of schools, with pupils of all ages & abilities, including those who are gifted and those with special educational needs.
I am a fully qualified Psychologist with an in depth knowledge of learning styles & learning difficulties. I have had great success helping children with dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and autism.

Our 10yr old daughter has only been attending Helens classes for 3 weeks but she`s settled in well. She has enjoyed every session and has already been using new knowledge in her every day school work.

Helen is a very good tutor for my 9 year old son.Helen gives me feedback on how my son is doing at lessons as well as asks me what areas my son needs help with.
She`s very approachable, i highly recommend her as a tutor.

Helen has been great. She firstly invited Kane for a very thorough assessment before she decided which group to put him in. He loves going to his lesson. Helen always gives useful feedback and we can already see improvement
