My name is Bijan and I am an Economics student at UCL recently having finished 1st year.

I can be a tutor in any of the following:

Mathematics ( 11+, GCSE & AS-Level)

Economics ( AS-Level, A-Level & Pre-U)

As a tutor, my objective is for you to obtain a deep and concrete understanding of the subject you would like me to help you on. I aim for you to be able to apply the concept you have learnt to any scenario that you face.

First and foremost, my teaching style depends on the student I am dealing with. I can easily adapt to your needs depending on whether you learn intuitively, visually, etc... . But what I will do throughout the lesson with any student is that I will ask questions to maintain engagement and to ensure that you understand every step of what you are learning. To do this, I break down the concept you would like help from into little steps and by the end of the lesson, the understanding will have come into place.

Availability:
August: Weekdays: Evenings
Weekends: Most weekends, any time (although this may need to be confirmed)

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Education and Qualifications:

- Completed 1st year of the Bsc Economics with a Year Abroad programme at UCL with high first class honours (79%).
- A-Levels - 3 A* ( Mathematics, Economics, Gov & Politics)
- GCSEs: 10 A*
- Completed Maths GCSE 6 months early with grade A*
- FSMQ Additional Mathematics (OCR) : Grade A
- 10% Academic Scholarship

I attended Kingston Grammar School from 2013-2020. Whilst there in my later years, I was an academic mentor to younger students where I would hold one-to-one sessions during lunch times and help them on problems they had.
